I make fanciful and mysterious art, metamorphosed from an interior life bubbling over with raw inspirational material. Inside there is an uncontrollable yearning to capture and redesign a populated-to-overflowing universe before it hurls itself back into the unknown from which it came.

I work with the raw material until it has nothing left to say, usually on two series at one time; e.g. an oil painting on canvas and a wax, pigment ink painting on paper. Images materialize in astonishing numbers. My art consists of many series. Each series, when complete, represents all the emotional capital and artistic ability I have to invest in it.

Did I mention that I am always surprised at what turns out?
